Note that all Manufacturers - Warehouses - Fulfillment Centers assocaited with Fitness Equipment are extremely busy and very far behind in regards to shipping orders. Everyone is doing they best they can. Information - Lead Times - Inventory are changing constantly.
Every order we receive is submitted for shipping. Every single one. Whether it is submitted for shipping from our own warehouse or submitted for shipping to a Manufacturer Fulfillment center. The faster you place your order the faster you get entered into the que for shipping.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Location

We ship within United States only excluding Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, military and air force bases.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

FedEx ETA Updates

If you receive a shipping notification with a FedEx ETA, please notice that the FedEx system automatically generate the tracking number with an ETA as soon as the order is processed. However, after they receive the shipment information, there will be update and modification on the delivery schedule. Please notice that the latest update on the FedEx shall prevail.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

TOUGHFIT is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

In regards to the chaotic delivery during pandemic, please save all the packing materials including the labels marked on the box. Please describe your problem and attach some photos of the package and item to: support@gotoughfit.com with subject: [Order Number]_Damage Report_[Products]. This will help our supporting team to process the refund or reship procedures.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

2. If you received a DEFECTIVE good or a product of WRONG SIZE, we will ship you a new product and cover the shipping expense.
3. If you don't like the product, you have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs.
4. You can submitted a return request on the Toughfit messaging system, we will send you a PDF of a return shipping label. Please print it out and affix to to your package.
When Will I Receive My Refund? Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within a week. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.
