The bar is fantastic! My daughter plays on it constantly. The customer service is fantastic. We had a very small issue and they resolved it within 2 days. The only thing I'd recommend and I will do this soon, is to add another mat that is a bit thicker for under the bar. There are two metal bars that come across the bottom to stabilize the actual wooden bar above, and a mat that goes over them. You can definitely feel the metal bars through the mat when you walk across them. And when my daughter falls, I feel like the pad should be a much thicker cushion. (This is personal taste and may not be needed.)
